This is my first experience with these coffee beans. A few weeks ago I experienced prepared coffee in central Mexico that was made from floating the dried and ground flesh of coffee beans on top of a peaberry coffee. In searching for a source of these ingredients I discovered these peaberry from Kona. My favorite coffees have been Kona.
I am in the process of e ploy this coffee. I am starting with drip coffee. I am varying the grind and varying the ratio of coffee to water.With the exception of making it too strong and too weak it has all been very satisfying. I find more coarse grinds are best to me. I like it. I do want to compare the rest of the beans, not peaberry, from the same source so I can appreciate the difference.
I am happy I purchased this coffee and I am enjoying it.
