1. Which grind selection should I choose?
When ordering ground coffee, be sure to match the grind specification to the brew method you’ll be using. Here are our suggestions:
Coarse: French Press, Cold Brew, Coffee Cupping
Drip: Drip Coffee Machine, Aeropress, Pour Over
Fine: Vacuum Pots, Siphon Brewers
Espresso: Espresso Machine, Moka Pot
2. How should I store my coffee?
Store coffee in a cool, dry, dark place. A kitchen cabinet is usually adequate. We advise against freezing or refrigerating your coffee.
3. Do you have gift options?

4. What is your return policy?
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 327-9661 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Do you do special orders?

6. Do you offer Wholesale?

7. When will my coffee ship?
Most orders ship within 48 hours. In fact, shipping the same-day or next-day is typical for most items. Some orders, however, will require a little extra time. Custom roasts, small-run specialty coffees and large orders of lightly-stocked single-serve pods may take an extra day or two. Flavored coffees are often flavored to order, and that process takes a couple of days.
As a small-batch roaster of premium coffees, we are always balancing two conflicting priorities: being well stocked vs. providing the freshest coffee. We err on the side of freshness. We apologize if your order takes an extra couple of days, but fresh-roasted coffee is worth it!
8. Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide via USPS and FedEx, so we can have coffee delivered almost anywhere in the world. If you would like an international shipping quote, please contact us with a shipping address and approximate shipping weight at email@example.com or (800) 327-9661 and we’ll find you the best rate we can.
9. Why am I being charged shipping when I order the 5 x 1lb selection?
The free shipping applies to the 5 x 1lb coffee only. Your shipping charge is calculated based on the other items in your cart.
10. Can I change the type of coffee or grind in my coffee subscription? How about the shipping frequency? What if I need to put my order on hold?
Your subscription is completely customizable. Just log in to your account, scroll down to ‘Account Details’ and click on ‘Manage Subscription’.
11. Where can I buy your coffee on Maui?
We welcome visitors at our Haiku roastery, and always have an assortment of packaged coffee to sell. Please call first to make sure we're there when you arrive, as our hours vary.
